Board Meeting Minutes

Dear Fellow Members,                                                                             June 2009

We entered an agreement with Wilmington Friends School Camp.  This allows campers to access our pool from 2pm to 4pm, Monday through Friday, from June 16 until the second week in August.

 While we realize that some may take exception, this is a very well supervised group.  The benefits are two fold.  During the short term, we have realized an additional $8,000 cash flow.  From a long term perspective, we have gained exposure to potential new family memberships.

 We greatly appreciate your consideration and support to improve and grow our pool community.
